• Who are we ?
We're two speedsoft enthusiasts who are fed up of seeing the same brands offering classic, industrial and overpriced products. So we decided to create YMS Customs to innovate and offer something different to the community.
• What is "YMS" ?
YMS stands for 'Young Murder Squad', which is the name we were given when we started speedsoft to encourage us to grow. Maybe we grew up too fast, but now we want to create and grow the sport.
• What services do we offer ?
We hand-make headbands for speedsoft and paintball.
We can also design jerseys for your team using a simple, breathable, lightweight jersey.
We can also do embroidery on sweatshirts, t-shirts, hoodies and caps for your team using quality products produced in Europe in compliance with standards.
Finally, we have an online shop available here.
Everything we earn is reinvested so we can expand our business and buy better equipment. Our aim is to help the sport evolve, to enable everyone to find what they're looking for and to offer a choice of brands and models at affordable prices.
About online Shop
• Why do we have an online shop ?
We didn't want to ask for any investment or crowdfunding, but rather to offer you quality products that you can wear every day.
Everything we earn from the YMS Customs online shop will be reinvested in YMS Customs so that we can innovate and grow the sport we love : speedsoft and Airsoft !
• Where are the products in the shop made ?
All our products are embroidered and created in Europe, more specifically in Spain and Latvia. This enables us to guarantee you fast delivery times and a quality of manufacture to European standards.
• How long does it take to send my parcel ?
This takes between 5 and 15 days, as we work with two embroidery suppliers and have chosen to ask them to produce the products as they go along. This means we don't have to manage stock, apart from the blank products we buy upstream, and also avoids over-consumption and wastage of raw materials.
About Jersey Design services
• How are the jerseys designed ?
We work with you in the most agile way possible to design the jerseys you need and want. The price of the service is fixed (€20) and will not change according to the time taken. If you also want the source files for the design, you'll need to add €10 to the price of the design.

About Headbands
• Where do we get the fabrics for headbands ?
The fabrics we buy are either recycled or in bulk so as not to waste or over-consume.
All the work around the headband is done by hand and we work with a local printing company to make our labels.
• What are limited edition headbands ?
The limited-edition headbands are limited because we use fabric we find, buy or salvage that we can no longer get back. That's why the limited-edition headbands you can find for sale on our instagram (@ymscustoms_) will never be recreated again. Don't wait if you want one or more, contact us directly on instagram.
• Do we make headbands for the teams ?
We can make limited edition headbands for your team, or a batch of several headbands. However, we do not produce customized fabrics on demand, to meet a team's specific graphic requirements. Please contact us for more information or to discuss your project.
• How much do headbands cost ?
we sell headbands €30 for limited edition headbands (excluding shipping).
All headbands are 100% handmade, and we take care to wrap them properly in a small cardboard box and add a little gift. Our headbands are made with several layers and a technique that ensures a clean, solid, high-quality finished product, which is why we feel that the selling price is still right in view of the finished product.
• Can headbands have defects ?
Unfortunately, yes, but we'll never sell a product with a defect. We don't use any industrial machinery ; everything is done in a small workshop, by hand using our own machines and techniques. Once the product is finished, we check it to make sure we can sell it.
• Care instructions
We advise you to wash the headbands cold or dry, and not to use a spin-dryer or tumble-dryer. An initial wash can be carried out on receipt of the product to allow the fabric to work before the first use.
